I ordered the sliced brown sugar cured beef brisket with corn pudding and fancy mac & cheese. L ordered the smoked prime rib sandwich with fancy mac & cheese. The brisket was tender and falling apart, but the sides completely stole the show!

Typically, I'm a "the meat is the star of the show" kind of girl (except for dessert, obviously), but here the sides were the real show stoppers. The fancy mac & cheese was excellent and the corn pudding was mind blowing (don't let the name deter you; it's nothing like pudding and more of a corn and cheesy goodness). All of the food was amazing!

For dessert we tried the Pie Junkie (a local shop with a brick and morter store in The Plaza District) pie of the day which was their drunken turtle pie. It was alright, but not memorable and not worth $8. L has had their giant chocolate cake before and said it was amazing.
