Life changing double stack brownie

The Jan Marie and Richard J. Crawford University Club is a restaurant housed in the student union on the campus of the University of Oklahoma. Before 2019, individual and/or academic departments were required to purchase memberships to eat at the restaurant. However, in 2019 the University Club opened its doors to the entire OU community! Now anyone can eat there and enjoy of their delicious food!

 

My favorite meal consists of their holy goat burger with sweet potato fries. They sprinkle sugar on their sweet potato fries after they come out of the oven which gives them a nice combination of savory and sweet. It may sound weird, but they are so good! The burger and fries are both amazing!! 

Also, their double stacked brownie that is layered with chocolate ganache and topped with salted caramel is the best dessert I've had. EVER. It will change your life ;)

Also, several of my friends have ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup and the strawberry cupcake and they have all loved them. I'm pretty sure that no matter what you choose from the menu, you will not be disappointed.

The UC is open for breakfast and lunch. Since the University Club has opened its doors, it has become extremely popular and busy. I suggest calling ahead to make a lunch reservation.
